• The Goal: The next person should feel like they are the first person to use the appliance today.

2. The Zero-Tolerance Fridge Policy

The refrigerator is for temporary storage, not long-term residency.

• Label Everything: Name and Date must be visible. Unlabeled items are subject to immediate disposal.
• The Daily Purge: Every day at 5:00 PM, expect all remaining items (including condiments) to be tossed. No exceptions.
• Spill = Scrub: If your container leaks, you are responsible for sanitizing the shelf immediately.

3. Sink Hygiene
