The following documents should be submitted to Chantal at least 10 business days before the deadline. This is the minimum adequate time for review by the Department, Dean’s Office and, SPA:
- Budget (please download and use this template of an internal budget form)
- Budget justification and SOW
- Supporting cost share document (if any)
- Written approval for cost share/reduced IC (if included) is required by Vice Dean Garud Iyengar and the Department Chair
- Solicitation
- Contacts for any sub-awards
- Any additional important documents that require a signature
Important Reminders:
- Once you intend to submit a proposal and have a draft budget, please start creating the modules in NSPIRES, FastLane, RPS, or Workspace, so that Chantal can start entering your budgets.
- Note that a completed Rascal is required for every proposal submission.
- As a rule of thumb, as soon as you know you will plan to submit a proposal, please send the link to the program announcement to Chantal
