EEE Calendar Management is a web app for requesting, approving, and sharing room bookings at Columbia. Events are published as ICS calendar feeds that anyone can subscribe to.

Subscribe to Room Calendars

No account needed. Copy an ICS feed URL and add it to your calendar app.

Google Calendar: Settings > Add calendar > From URL > paste the link

Apple Calendar: File > New Calendar Subscription > paste the link

Outlook: Add calendar > Subscribe from web > paste the link


Submitting an Event Request

  1. Go to eeecal.ceec.echem.io and Sign in with Lionmail (Columbia or Barnard email)
  2. Click Submit Event in the nav bar
  3. Fill in the form: select a Room, enter a Title, set Start/End times, optionally set Repeats
  4. The calendar on the right shows existing bookings so you can check for conflicts
  5. Click Submit Request to send it to an approver
