Before You Start

The TV and receiver are already set up and working. Do not touch, unplug, or adjust anything connected to the TV. The only thing you need to worry about is the small transmitter unit.

What You Need

The transmitter is the small black box with an HDMI plug on one end. That's it. That's the whole thing.

Step 1: Plug It In

Plug the transmitter directly into the HDMI port on your laptop. It should click into place.

Your laptop screen should appear on the TV within a few seconds. If your laptop doesn't automatically mirror its display, go to your display settings and select "Mirror" or "Duplicate."

Step 2: If You Need to Move It

The transmitter normally draws power through the HDMI port. If the signal drops or the transmitter doesn't power on, plug the included USB cable from the transmitter into any USB port on your laptop. A laptop USB port provides more than enough power.

That's It

When you're done, unplug the transmitter from your laptop and put it back where you found it.

Important

Do not touch anything on or near the TV. Do not unplug the receiver. Do not change the TV input. Do not press buttons on the TV remote. Do not adjust cables behind the TV. The receiver is configured and paired. If you disturb it, the system will stop working for everyone until it is reconfigured.

If the TV is off, you may turn it on and select the correct HDMI input, but do not unplug or move the receiver unit.
